An AI assistant on your existing business number picks up when your team can't. It takes the job details, flags emergencies, and sends you the summary. You wake up to booked work instead of a voicemail.
Try it before you buy it. Call (520) 277-2888, tell the assistant about your shop, then call back as a customer. Two minutes.
Your phone may log missed calls. But it doesn't tell you which one was a tune-up, which was a new unit install, or which was a robocall. So even if you know how many calls you missed, you will never know what they were worth.
Invoca, which tracks inbound calls for home services companies, puts unanswered calls at 27%.Invoca, analysis of 60M+ calls
Google factors responsiveness into where your ad shows, and says outright that missed calls can hurt it. Answering the call doesn't just win you that job. It ranks you above the shop that missed it.
Nothing changes about your number, your phones, or how your team works during the day.
Your services, service area, hours, and the things you always tell customers. Built from your website and a 15-minute call. Setup is included.
After hours, weekends, or the fourth ring on a busy afternoon. It captures name, number, address, and the problem, and flags emergencies for your on-call tech.
The summary lands in your inbox and your phone the moment the call ends, with the callback number read back and confirmed.
One flat rate. No contract. No setup fee. Cancel any month.
Thirty days. If it doesn't pay for itself, you get your money back, no questions asked. The only thing you're risking is the time it takes to set up, and we do that part.
Your plan includes up to 300 minutes of assistant call time a month, which is roughly 100 calls. Past that, additional minutes are $0.30 each, and we'll email you before you get close.
It introduces itself as your assistant, and if someone asks, it says so plainly. Callers care about being helped, not about who picked up. Anything it doesn't know, it says a team member will confirm rather than guessing.
Yes. If you have Spanish-speaking customers, a Spanish-language line is included at no extra charge.
Call the demo line, tell the assistant what your business does, then call back as a customer. You'll hear exactly what your callers would hear.
(520) 277-2888Built for HVAC, plumbing, garage door, electrical, and other service shops where the owner is in the truck and the phone rings at dinner.
Saturday, 8:40 p.m. A homeowner's AC just quit.
Assistant: Thanks for calling Martin Air, this is Anna. Are you calling about a repair, a new system, or a tune-up?
Caller: My AC just quit. It's blowing but it's not cold.
Assistant: I'm sorry, that's miserable in this heat. I'm flagging this as urgent so the on-call tech sees it first. Can I get your first and last name?
Caller: Dan Reyes.
Assistant: Thanks, Dan. What's the best number to reach you? …That's 6-0-2, 5-5-5, 0-1-4-3, correct?
Caller: Yep. Do you charge extra on weekends?
Assistant: A team member will confirm that when they call. So I have Dan Reyes, 4418 East Cactus Road, AC blowing warm air for about an hour, flagged urgent, morning callback. Someone from Martin Air will call you back first thing. Thanks for calling.
No new number to advertise. It answers your published line, either every call or only when your team doesn't pick up by the fourth ring.
Services, service area, hours, brands, financing, the promise you make to customers. It answers from what you told it and nothing else.
Prices, exact arrival times, warranty terms: if you didn't give it the answer, it says a team member will confirm, and moves on to capturing the job.
No cooling, no heat, gas smell, water leak, door stuck. It marks the request urgent and can transfer straight to your on-call phone.
Name, callback number (read back digit by digit), address, problem, and preferred callback time, by email and text the moment the call ends.
A Spanish-language line is included for shops that need it.
Setup included. Most shops are live within 48 hours.
Get set upWe help small service businesses stop losing the customers who are already calling them.
Every business exists to solve its customers' problems. When a customer can't reach you, they don't wait. They call the next name on the list, and someone else solves their problem and gets paid for it.
Most service shops don't know how often that happens, because a missed call doesn't leave a record. Some have an answering service. Some have the owner picking up his own cell at dinner. Many just let it ring to voicemail after five. Whatever you're doing now, the question is the same: how many customers with a problem you could have solved ended up paying someone else?
So what's one job worth to you? A service call, a repair, a replacement. One customer your new assistant captures on a Saturday night covers a month of having her. Every one after that is money you weren't going to see.
10K Growth Systems builds simple systems that fix that. Our first product is an after-hours assistant that answers your existing number, captures the job, and hands it to you in the morning. No new software to learn. No call center. No contract.
We're a small company based in American Fork, Utah, and we work with shops across the Mountain West, the Southwest, and Texas.
Bart Smith holds an MBA and has spent years in operations and supervisory work. He built 10K Growth Systems to give small business owners the same coverage a big company gets from a call center, at a price a one-man shop can afford.

10K Growth Systems ("we," "us," "our") operates 10kgrowthsystems.com and provides AI phone answering and marketing automation services to small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected] or (520) 277-2888.
Information you give us. When you contact us, request information, fill out a form on this site, or become a client, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any details you choose to share about your business.
Information from calls. When you call a phone number operated by us or by our AI assistant, we collect the phone number you are calling from, the date and time of the call, and a recording and written transcript of the call. Calls to our demonstration line and calls handled by assistants we operate on behalf of clients are recorded and transcribed so that the details of the call can be delivered to the business you were trying to reach.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this website we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality and analytics.
Client end-customer information. When we operate an AI assistant for a business client, we process information about that business's callers on the client's behalf, including name, phone number, service address, and the reason for the call. That information belongs to our client and is delivered to them. We act as a service provider and do not use it for our own marketing.
We use the information we collect to:
Service messages. If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from us, we may send you service-related messages such as setup links, appointment confirmations, and support responses. These follow your account activity, so message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing messages. Marketing texts are a separate, optional choice. You give that consent by checking the marketing box on our form, and only then. If you opt in, we will text you no more than twice a month, about things like a new feature, a price change, or an offer. You can accept service messages and decline marketing, and declining marketing does not affect your service in any way.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
With the business you were calling. If you call a number operated by an AI assistant we run for a client, the details of your call are delivered to that client so they can return your call.
With service providers. We use third-party platforms to operate our services, including GoHighLevel (CRM, telephony, and AI agent hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Workspace (email). These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
When required by law. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our clients, or the public.
In a business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We keep call recordings and transcripts for as long as needed to provide the service and to resolve any dispute about a call, and then delete them on a rolling basis. We keep client business records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.
You may:
To make any of these requests, email [email protected] or call (520) 277-2888. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
Calls to and from our phone numbers, including calls handled by our AI assistants, may be recorded and transcribed. If you do not wish to be recorded, please do not continue the call and instead contact us by email.
Some of our phone lines are answered by an automated AI assistant rather than a human. The assistant identifies itself as an AI assistant when asked. A person will follow up on any matter requiring human attention.
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.

These terms govern your use of 10kgrowthsystems.com and any services provided by 10K Growth Systems ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
Questions: [email protected] or (520) 277-2888.
We set up and manage AI phone assistants for small businesses. Our primary service is an after-hours assistant that answers a client's existing business phone when their team cannot pick up, collects the caller's name, callback number, service address, and reason for calling, flags urgent situations, and delivers the details to the business owner.
We also provide related marketing automation services, including customer relationship management setup, automated follow-up, and review generation.
We are a service provider. We are not a licensed contractor, attorney, accountant, or medical provider, and nothing our assistants say constitutes professional advice in any regulated field.
Standard plan. The after-hours assistant is $297 per month.
What is included. Setup and configuration of the assistant, ongoing management and monitoring, and up to 300 assistant minutes per month.
Overage. Assistant usage beyond 300 minutes in a billing month is billed at $0.30 per minute.
Billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the date service begins and on the same day each month after that. Overage, if any, is billed in arrears.
Payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring fees and any overage.
Price changes. We may change our prices with at least 30 days' written notice before the change takes effect on your account.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. Service may be suspended if payment is not resolved within 10 days.
Service is month to month. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months except as described in the money-back guarantee below.
We may suspend or terminate service if you fail to pay, use the service unlawfully, or breach these terms.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid month, contact us and we will refund that month's subscription fee in full. The guarantee applies once per client and covers the subscription fee only, not overage charges or third-party costs. After the first 30 days, fees are non-refundable, though you may cancel future billing at any time.
To provide the service, we need accurate information from you. You agree to:
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information the assistant relies on. If you tell us your service area is one thing and it is another, the assistant will repeat what you told us.
The assistant answers using only the information you provide. It is instructed not to invent prices, availability, guarantees, or any detail it was not given, and to tell callers that a team member will confirm anything outside its knowledge.
The assistant identifies itself as an AI assistant when a caller asks whether it is a person.
The assistant is not an emergency service. It is instructed to recognize urgent situations, to flag them for you, and to tell callers to contact 911 or the appropriate emergency service where there is a risk to life or property, such as a suspected gas leak. It is not a substitute for emergency services, and you should not represent it as one to your customers.
Automated systems are not perfect. Calls may be missed, misheard, or mistranscribed, and carrier or platform outages can interrupt service. We do not guarantee that every call will be answered or that every detail will be captured accurately.
Calls handled by our assistants are recorded and transcribed so the details can be delivered to you. You are responsible for meeting any notice or consent requirements that apply to call recording in the states where you and your customers are located. We will provide a recording disclosure on request.
Service messages. If you consent to receive text messages from us, we may send service-related messages such as setup links, confirmations, and support responses. These follow your account activity, so message frequency varies.
Marketing messages. Marketing texts are a separate, optional opt-in that you give by checking the marketing box on our form. If you opt in, we will send no more than two marketing texts a month. Declining marketing texts does not affect your service in any way, and consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchase.
Message and data rates may apply to both kinds of message. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We retain ownership of our prompts, configurations, templates, processes, and any software or materials we create. You receive a non-exclusive right to the benefit of those materials for as long as you are a paying client.
You retain ownership of your business information, your customer data, and the call records we generate on your behalf. On request after cancellation, we will provide a copy of your call records and then delete them.
Your business name and logo may be used to identify you as a client in our marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
Our service depends on third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, telephone carriers, and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of those providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore service or find alternatives.
The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost customers, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the service, including from a call that was not answered, was answered incorrectly, or was not delivered to you.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your instructions to us, the information you provide, or your failure to meet call-recording or other legal requirements applicable to your business.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
